At the moment, 8 rooms of our boutique hotel are open in the very center of Pskov, in the UNESCO protected area. Each room is unique and unrepeatable. The interiors are made in classic styles: from Breton and Empire to Art Nouveau and Classicism, with the use of carefully selected elite materials and antique furniture that has undergone a long and expensive restoration, including bedrooms. Comfort, chic, atmospheric, eco-friendly, and safe await you in every room and in all public spaces, which make up 70% of the total area of our hotel, something that no other hotel in the world offers! We recommend that you read the description on the main page of our website.
There are 6 separate rooms in the suite (entrance hall, living room-kitchen, loggia, bedroom and two bathrooms). The ceiling height is 355 centimeters. The entrance to the room from the corridor is through 2 massive oak doors with built-in floor-mounted bolt mechanisms to prevent dust and noise from entering the room. The walls separating the rooms and the corridor are more than 70 cm thick, and there is a 50 cm buffer between the 2 entrance doors. The hallway is a place for undressing. There is a wardrobe (with an armchair and everything necessary), as well as an entrance to a small bathroom with bright light and expensive Italian plumbing (bronze, brass, and porcelain). The bathroom features a high-backed toilet in the style of the 1930s, a hygienic shower with a stopper button on the handle, a sink, a lighted mirror, an adjustable round mirror, luxurious tiles, underfloor heating, and all the necessary accessories.
The second door from the vestibule (also with a second light) leads to the living room, which has 2 zoned spaces – a kitchen with a seating area, and a separate loggia, which has a cast-iron table and 3 chairs with our coats of arms, and on the floor – unique cast-iron floor slabs from churches and estates of the early 19th century. And again, a lot of different light, both ceiling (chandelier and additional light) and wall (4 sconces). All the light in the room is a combination of spot lighting on the tracks with antique chandeliers and sconces from the Stalin era in our collection, which includes over 600 chandeliers and sconces from the 1920s to 1950s! In terms of lighting, our hotel can't be compared to any other hotel in the country, and perhaps even in the world (with over 100 light bulbs in each room). The balcony floor is heated! It is a separate room separated from the bedroom by two doors and two walls (you won't disturb your partner's rest, and there will be no noise). It is an ideal place for dining or having tea. You can contact the receptionist using a retro Bakelite telephone (in the living room) connected to the 1940s reception switchboard! In the room, as well as in the entire museum hotel, there is no chemistry in the decoration or objects; everything is natural and safe.
The kitchen is large, made of solid oak, with stained glass windows and all the necessary built-in appliances from SMEG (refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, oven, kettle, etc.), and the tea set is from Villeroy & Boch. The countertop, backsplash, and all the windowsills are made of special Indian granite, which does not emit radiation, unlike Russian granites, and are matched to the walls of the room, which are made of Belgian hand-formed decorative bricks. The kitchen has a large dining table and chairs. In the lounge area there is a unique Dutch-style tiled fireplace (only the tiles were painted in the workshop for more than a year), as well as a large TV with hundreds of programs and Internet access. The room can accommodate 2 people. But the sofa can be used as a 3rd place. If desired, we can prepare it for your arrival. Several experienced and efficient assistants are at your service, including a personal assistant who will solve almost any issue, show everything, set up, light a fireplace if you want, and also carry out any errands.
For work, we recommend that you bring your own laptop, but if you don't have one, we can provide you with one of our laptops or a computer. All rooms, including the balcony, have wired high-speed internet access. The owner of the hotel-museum is opposed to wireless internet (HF and microwave radiation), so we have spent thousands of times more money than we would have spent on basic Wi-Fi points to ensure that you have secure internet access in multiple locations throughout each room. But if you want, there is a mini Wi-Fi router in the room, which you can turn on at the touch of a button. But please turn it off in the evening (at night). All rooms, and the entire house as a whole, are completely shielded from the external effects of EM radiation. By the way, all window curtains and loggias are also shielded. In fact, our house is a Faraday cage that protects you from external sources of any radiation and even from listening!
We have the most expensive decoration of all the hotels: plaster stucco, German finishing plasters, which are made for the monuments of Unesco (only primers and plasters 16 layers), German and Belgian brick hand-formed, on the floor - a unique tile of one Italian company, indistinguishable from the oak parquet, and the kitchen, doors and even baseboards - from solid oak, handmade, individual work. All handles, hinges, batteries - bronze individual artistic casting, bumpers on all doors are brass on 2 sides. All the furniture is antique from the 18th and 19th centuries. In this room, the furniture is Breton. The sofa is from a 19th-century Russian estate and features an art panel/oil painting. The living room and bedroom have air humidifiers. You can also choose to use a natural essential oil diffuser.
Let's move on to the bedroom. Naturally, the bedroom also features antique Breton furniture, including a set of bedding (140 cm wide with the best Italian mattress and linens), two nightstands, a wardrobe with a mirror, and chairs. The bedroom has a second door that leads to a large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright lighting. In it, you can use a cast-iron German bathtub, a toilet and a bidet, underfloor heating, dispensers, and all the necessary accessories, as well as a large washbasin with a large mirror, a beechwood cabinet, and a beechwood pencil case with our coat of arms on the front. All our soap is made in-house and is unparalleled in its naturalness. Each bathroom has an emergency call button!
And don't forget that we have more than 1,500 meters of public spaces for you: meeting rooms, recreation areas with fireplaces, two large halls on the third floor, a dining room with a stove like Ivan the Terrible's in the Kremlin, a spa area with a sauna, a gym with American and Italian premium equipment, as well as a professional coach who is a master of sports, and the entire museum space of our home, which is unparalleled in Russia for many objective reasons. By the way, if we compare the cost of finishing and furnishing our hotel with any 5-star hotel in the country, we have an average of 100 times more investment per square meter! That's right, not 2-10 times, but 100 times or more!
We look forward to welcoming you to see all this marvel – and to stay, and live inside it.
Sincerely,
Yuri Andreevich Frolov

You will have the assistance of several experienced and efficient staff members, including a personal assistant who can handle any inquiries, show you around, set up your TV programs, light the fireplace if you wish, and fulfill any requests.
Internet and microwave radiation: To access the Internet, we recommend that you bring your own laptop, but if you don't have one, we can provide you with one of our laptops or a computer. All rooms have wired high-speed internet access. The owner of the hotel-museum is opposed to wireless internet (due to the potential for high-frequency and microwave radiation), so we have spent thousands of dollars more than we would have spent on basic Wi-Fi routers to ensure that you have secure internet access in multiple locations throughout each room. But if you want, there is a mini Wi-Fi router in the room, which you can turn on at the touch of a button. But please turn it off in the evening (at night). Additionally, there is a large TV with hundreds of programs on the wall opposite the bed. In the bedroom, a second door leads to a large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright electric lighting. Rooms 1-8 are on the second floor of the house! In total, this room (No. 4 – French) has 5 separate rooms (vestibule, living room-kitchen, bedroom, and two bathrooms). The ceiling height is 355 cm. From the vestibule, a second door (also with a second light) leads to the living room, which has two zoned spaces: a kitchen-dining room and the living room proper. All the light in the room is a combination of spot lighting on tracks with antique chandeliers from the Stalin era from our collection, which includes over 600 chandeliers and sconces from the 1920s–1950s! On the unique buffet with gargoyles, there is Villeroy & Boch tea set. In the living room there is a table and chairs in the Breton style. In the living room relaxation area – a unique tiled fireplace with firebirds (perhaps the most beautiful of all our fireplaces), as well as a large TV with hundreds of programs and internet access. The room is designed for two people. There is a 19th-century Russian-made sofa. It can also be used as a third sleeping place. If you wish, we can prepare it for your arrival. All rooms, and the whole house as a whole, are completely shielded from external EM radiation. By the way, all window curtains are also shielded. In essence, our house is a Faraday cage that protects you from external sources of any radiation and even from eavesdropping!
We have the most expensive finishes of any hotel: plaster stucco, German finishing textured plasters made for UNESCO monuments (16 layers of primer and plaster on the walls), Belgian hand-molded brick, on the floor – unique tiles from an Italian company, indistinguishable from oak parquet, and the kitchen, doors, and even baseboards are made of handcrafted solid oak. All handles, hinges, radiators – bronze individual artistic castings, door bumpers are brass on both sides. All furniture is antique from the 18th–19th centuries. In this room, it is French. The sofa is an exception – from a 19th-century Russian estate. There are air humidifiers in the living room and bedroom. Air humidity is ideal for skin and lungs – 55-60%. You can turn on a diffuser with natural essential oils of your choice.
Let's move on to the bedroom. The bedroom features unique carved furniture that once belonged to French kings: the set includes a bed (140 cm wide with the best Italian mattress and linens), a nightstand, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a lady's vanity table with a mirror. Naturally, a large TV with hundreds of programs and internet access hangs on the wall opposite the bed! A second door leads to the large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright electric lighting. Rooms 1–8 are located on the second floor of the house! This room (No. 5 – Dvoryansky) has a total of 6 separate areas: a vestibule, a living room‑kitchen, a loggia, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. Ceiling height: 355 cm. Room area: 65 sq. m. The lights turn on automatically via motion sensors in the two bathrooms and in the vestibule / entrance hall. Almost all the furniture in the room is in the Neoclassical and Russian Art Nouveau styles.
The entrance to the room is from the shared second‑floor corridor through two massive oak doors with built‑into‑the‑floor bolt mechanisms to prevent dust and noise from entering. The wall separating the room from the corridor is about 80 cm thick, and there is over 50 cm of space between the two entrance doors – a buffer zone. The first space is a vestibule / entrance hall – a place to undress. It contains a wardrobe with an armchair and everything you need, bright light, and the entrance to the small bathroom with magnificent lighting, a secondary window (second light), and premium Italian fixtures (bronze, brass, earthenware). There is a high‑tank toilet in the 1930s style, a hygienic shower with a stop‑button on the handle, a sink, a lit mirror, an additional adjustable round mirror for magnifying parts of the face, gorgeous tiles, heated floors, as well as all necessary accessories and toiletries. An emergency call button is also present.
From the vestibule, a second door (also with a second light) leads to the living room, which is L‑shaped, zoning the space into a kitchen with a separate loggia and a living room (lounge area). On the loggia by the window there is a table and three cast‑iron chairs with our coats of arms, and on the floor – unique cast‑iron floor slabs from 1811 country estates. Again, there is a lot of combined light: both ceiling light (chandelier and additional lighting) and wall light (4 sconces). All the light in the room is a combination of track spotlights with antique chandeliers and sconces from the Stalin era from our collection, which includes over 600 chandeliers and sconces from the 1920s–1950s! In terms of brightness, our hotel is unmatched by any hotel in the country, and possibly the world (over 100 light bulbs in the room). The loggia floor is heated, and the panoramic glazing goes from floor to ceiling! This is a separate space, separated from the bedroom by two doors and two walls (you will not disturb your partner’s rest – no noise will be heard). An ideal place for a meal, reading, or tea.
You can contact the administrator via a retro Bakelite telephone (located in the bedroom) connected to the 1940s switchboard at the front desk reception! In this room, as in the entire hotel‑museum, there are no chemicals in the finishes or household items – everything is natural and safe.
The kitchen is large, made of solid oak, with stained glass, lighting, and all the necessary built‑in SMEG appliances (refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, oven, kettle, etc.). There is a microwave oven and a coffee station, and under the sink we have installed a flow‑through (no harmful storage tank) reverse osmosis system – something no other hotel has! On the unique stained‑glass sideboard in the dining area you will find Villeroy & Boch tea set. The countertop, kitchen backsplash, and all window sills are made of a special Indian granite that is not radioactive (unlike Russian granites), matching the tone of the exterior walls of the room itself, which are faced with Belgian handmade brick. In the kitchen space there is a huge Russian‑made sideboard in the Art Nouveau style from the early 20th century. In the living room area stands a unique tiled fireplace. Opposite the fireplace, slightly to the side, is a large sofa – “Silik”, whose carved wooden parts are covered with gold, and directly opposite the sofa on the wall there is a large TV with hundreds of channels and internet access. Next to it is a large table of Russian workmanship in the Art Nouveau style (paired with the sideboard). The room is designed to accommodate 2 people. At your service are several experienced and efficient assistants, including a personal one who can solve almost any problem, show you everything, set things up, light the fireplace if you wish, and carry out any errands.
Internet and microwave radiation: For internet access, we recommend bringing a laptop; if necessary, we will lend you one of ours or provide a computer. Wired high‑speed internet outlets are available in all areas of the room. The owner of the hotel‑museum is against wireless internet (due to high‑frequency and microwave radiation), so we have spent thousands of times more money than we would have on primitive Wi‑Fi routers to provide you with safe internet in many places in each room. But if you wish, there is a mini Wi‑Fi router in the room that you can turn on with the push of a button. We only ask that you turn it off in the evening (at night). All rooms, and the entire house, are fully shielded from external electromagnetic radiation. Also, all window curtains have shielding. Essentially, our house is a Faraday cage, protecting you from external sources of any radiation and even from eavesdropping!
We have the most expensive finishes of any hotel: plaster moldings, German textured decorative plasters made for UNESCO monuments (16 layers of primers and plasters on the walls), Belgian handmade brick, floors covered with unique tiles from an Italian company that are indistinguishable from oak parquet, and the kitchen, doors, and even baseboards are handcrafted from solid oak. All handles, hinges, radiators are bronze artistic castings individually made; door stoppers are brass on both sides. All furniture is antique from the 18th–19th centuries. The sofa is early 20th century in the Art Nouveau style. The living room and bedroom have humidifiers. The humidity level is ideal for skin and lungs – 55–60%. You can turn on a diffuser with natural essential oils of your choice.
Now to the bedroom. The bedroom features massive carved antique furniture in the Neoclassical style: the set consists of a bed (150 cm wide with the best Italian mattress and linens), a nightstand, a lady’s dressing table, and opposite the bed, in the corner, a tall wardrobe with a mirror. Of course, directly opposite the bed on the wall there is a large TV with hundreds of channels! In the bedroom, a second door leads to the large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright lighting. It features: a cast‑iron enameled German bathtub, Italian toilet and bidet, heated floor, various dispensers, all necessary accessories, a large washbasin on a beechwood vanity with a wide mirror (lit) and a tall beech cabinet, on the front glass of which are images of our coat of arms. In both bathrooms, all soap is our own production, with a natural composition unmatched anywhere in the world. An emergency call button is also present! Please look at the photos of the entire room!
And don’t forget that for your use, our house has over 1,500 square meters of public spaces: meeting rooms, lounge areas with fireplaces, two large halls on the third floor, a refectory with a stove like Ivan the Terrible’s in the Kremlin, a SPA area with a sauna, a gym with premium American and Italian exercise equipment, as well as a professional trainer – a Master of Sport – and the entire museum space of our house, which has no equal in Russia for many objective reasons – all at your service. By the way, if you compare the cost of finishing and furnishing our hotel with any 5‑star hotel in the country, our investment per square meter is, on average, 80–100 times greater! That’s right, not 2–10 times!
We look forward to welcoming you to see all this marvel – and to stay, and live inside it.
Sincerely,
Yuri Andreevich Frolov

Rooms 1-8 are on the second floor of the house! In total, this room (No. 6 - Breton) has 5 separate rooms (vestibule, living room-kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms). The ceiling height is 355 cm.
The entrance to the room from the public corridor on the second floor is through 2 massive oak doors with built-in floor-mounted locking mechanisms to prevent dust and noise from entering the room. The wall separating the room from the corridor is about 80 cm thick, and there is a buffer area of more than 50 cm between the two entrance doors. The first room is a vestibule/entry hall, where guests can change their clothes. There is a wardrobe with an armchair and everything you need, bright lighting, and an entrance to a small bathroom with excellent lighting, second lighting, and expensive Italian bathroom fixtures (bronze, brass, and porcelain). A toilet with a high tank in the style of the 30s, a hygienic shower with a stopper button on the handle itself, a sink, a mirror with lighting, an additional adjustable round mirror for enlarging areas of the face, luxurious tiles, heated floors, as well as all necessary accessories and hygiene items. There is also an emergency call button.
From the vestibule, the second door (also with a second light) leads to the living room, which has two zoned spaces: the kitchen-dining room and the living room itself. The entire lighting in the room is a combination of spot lighting on the tracks with antique Stalinist chandeliers from our collection, which includes over 600 chandeliers and sconces from the 1920s to the 1950s! In terms of lighting, our hotel is unmatched by any other hotel in the country, and perhaps even in the world (with over 100 light bulbs in each room). You can contact the administrator via a retro Bakelite telephone (in the bedroom) to the 40s switchboard of the administrator's reception! In the room, as well as in the entire hotel-museum, there is no chemistry in the decoration and household items, everything is natural and safe.
The kitchen is made of solid oak, with stained glass windows, lighting, and all the necessary built-in appliances from SMEG (refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, oven, kettle, etc.). There is a microwave and a coffee station, and a reverse osmosis system (without a harmful storage tank) is installed under the sink, which is not available in any other hotel! The tea set in the living room is from Villeroy & Boch. The countertop, kitchen backsplash, and all the windowsills are made of special Indian granite, which does not emit radiation, unlike Russian granites, and matches the exterior walls of the room, which are decorated with hand-crafted Belgian bricks. The living room features a large dining table and four Breton-style chairs. The seating area includes a unique tiled fireplace with firebirds, as well as a large TV with hundreds of programs and internet access. There is a large slide and a buffet, also Breton. The room is designed for 2 people. However, the large, wide sofa can be used as a full-fledged 3rd bed. If you wish, we can prepare it for your arrival.
All rooms, and the entire house as a whole, are completely shielded from the external effects of EM radiation. By the way, all window curtains are also shielded. In fact, our house is a Faraday cage that protects you from external sources of any radiation and even from listening!
We have the most expensive decoration of all the hotels: plaster stucco, German finishing textured plasters, which are made for the monuments of the Unesco (primer and plaster on the walls of 16 layers), Belgian brick of hand-molding, on the floor - a unique tile of one Italian company, indistinguishable from the oak parquet, and the kitchen, doors and even the baseboards - from the solid oak of hand-made. All handles, hinges, batteries – bronze individual artistic casting, bumpers on all doors are brass on 2 sides. All the furniture is antique from the 18th and 19th centuries. In this room, the furniture is Breton. The sofa was brought from a 19th-century Russian estate. The living room and bedroom have air humidifiers. The air humidity is ideal for skin and lungs, at 55-60%. You can also use a natural essential oil diffuser.
Let's move on to the bedroom. Naturally, the bedroom also features antique Breton furniture, including a set of bedding (140 cm wide with the best Italian mattress and linens), two bedside tables, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a lady's vanity table. Additionally, there is a large TV with hundreds of programs on the wall opposite the bed. In the bedroom, a second door leads to a large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright electric lighting. It has: a cast-iron enameled German bathtub, an Italian toilet and bidet, underfloor heating, various dispensers, all necessary accessories, a large washbasin on a beechwood stand with a wide mirror (with lighting) and a tall pencil case also made of solid beechwood, with images of our coat of arms on the front of the glass. In both bathrooms, all the soap is of our own production, which has no analogues in the world in terms of its natural composition. There is an alarm button! See the photos of the entire room!
And don't forget that our house has more than 1,500 meters of public spaces, including meeting rooms, recreation areas with fireplaces, two large halls on the third floor, a dining room with a stove like Ivan the Terrible's in the Kremlin, a spa area with a sauna, a gym with American and Italian premium equipment, as well as a professional sports coach, and the entire museum-like space of our house, which is unparalleled in Russia for many objective reasons. By the way, if we compare the cost of finishing and furnishing our hotel with any 5-star hotel in the country, we have an average of 80-100 times more investment per square meter! That's right, not 2-10 times more!
We look forward to welcoming you to see all this marvel – and to stay, and live inside it.
Sincerely,

Rooms 1–8 are located on the second floor of the house! This room (No. 7 – Stalinist) has a total of 6 separate areas: a vestibule, a living room‑kitchen, a loggia, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. Ceiling height: 355 cm. Room area: 65 sq. m. The lights turn on automatically via motion sensors in the two bathrooms and in the vestibule / entrance hall. Almost all the furniture in the room is in the Stalin Empire style.
On the loggia by the window there is a table and three cast‑iron chairs with our coats of arms, and on the floor – unique cast‑iron floor slabs from early 19th‑century country estates.

There is a microwave oven and a coffee station, and under the sink we have installed a flow‑through (no harmful storage tank) reverse osmosis system – something no other hotel has! On the table in the dining area you will find Villeroy & Boch tea set. The countertop, kitchen backsplash, and all window sills are made of a special Indian granite that is not radioactive (unlike Russian granites), matching the tone of the exterior walls of the room itself, which are faced with Belgian handmade brick. In the kitchen space there is a huge Russian‑made sideboard from the late 19th century. In the living room area stands a unique tiled fireplace in the Stalin Empire style. Opposite the fireplace, slightly to the side, is a 1930s sofa from that era, and directly opposite the sofa on the wall there is a large TV with hundreds of channels and internet access.
Ceiling height: 340 cm. Room area: 65 sq. m. The lights turn on automatically via motion sensors in the bathrooms and in the vestibule / entrance hall. The original is now displayed in disassembled form at the Russian Museum – but we have a copy! The sketches were made by Vrubel.

There is a microwave oven and a coffee station, and under the sink we have installed a flow‑through (no harmful storage tank) reverse osmosis system – something no other hotel has! On the table you will find Villeroy & Boch tea set. The countertop is made of pink quartzite, while the kitchen backsplash and all window sills are made of Indian granite that is not radioactive (unlike Russian granite). In the kitchen space there is a Russian‑made sideboard from the early 20th century in the Art Nouveau style and other furniture. In the living room area stands a unique tiled fireplace in the Russian Art Nouveau style. Opposite the fireplace, slightly to the side, is a 19th‑century sofa from a country estate, and directly opposite the sofa on the wall there is a large TV with hundreds of channels and internet access.
The living room and bedroom have humidifiers. The humidity level is ideal for skin and lungs – 55–60%. You can turn on a diffuser with natural essential oils of your choice.
Now to the bedroom. The bedroom features massive carved antique furniture with gilding from the 19th century: the set consists of a bed (140 cm wide with the best Italian mattress and linens), a nightstand, a tall wardrobe with a mirror. Of course, opposite the bed on the wall there is a large TV with hundreds of channels! In the bedroom, a second door leads to the large (main) bathroom with a second light and bright lighting. It features: a cast‑iron enameled German bathtub, Italian toilet and bidet, the best‑in‑series Swiss Valera hairdryer, heated floor, various dispensers, all necessary accessories, a large washbasin on a beechwood vanity with a wide mirror (lit) and a tall beech cabinet, on the front glass of which are images of our coat of arms.
